Description: Enterprise People are currently seeking an IT Service Management Analyst for a leading Cork based client.

Reporting to the IT Services Manager, the IT Service Management Analyst will help develop and maintain our client’s IT Service Management framework and will oversee continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives for all IT Service Management processes. Leading a small team, the IT Service Management Analyst will ensure IT Risks are identified and managed in a proactive manner and all work practices and processes are fully compliant with group policies.

The IT Service Management Analyst will:


• Help establish and maintain the IT Service Management (ITSM) process
• Help implement IT framework processes and control procedures
• Collaborate with key business units to progress IT service (s) best practices
• Manage Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
• Interact with user groups to support service management initiatives
• Support IT Service Management projects and initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders (internal & external)


• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 5+ years’ IT experience in an IT Project delivery role
• Good understanding of the ITIL framework
• ITIL Certification
• Self-starter with a positive approach to problem solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
