Enterprise People are currently seeking an Applications Support Analyst for a leading Dublin city centre based client. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Applications Support Analyst will join the existing IT Applications team who are responsible for the support, administration and ongoing maintenance of our clients Microsoft CRM system.

This is a wide ranging and challenging role where you will work closely with key stakeholders and vendors (internal / external) to identify, enhance and fix system issues.
The Applications Support Analyst will:
Respond to IT inquiries concerning CRM software and applications
Analyse potential solutions in terms of technology requirements and capabilities to meet usability requirements
Work closely with the development team on customisations and workflows
Work closely with users to plan, test and rollout fixes to the system
Work closely with vendors and partners to fix application issues
Keep up to date with new features and functionality enhancements on current applications and systems
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A 3rd Level qualification
3+ Years experience in an Applications Support role
Previous CRM Systems support experience (MS Dynamics a plus)
SharePoint and/or Office 365 experience
Good documentation skills
Keen interest in learning new technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
