Type: Permanent - Salary/Rate: €50-€55,000 Plus Bens - Location: Dublin city centre

Description: Enterprise People are currently seeking a CRM Support Analyst for a leading Dublin city centre based client. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the CRM Support Analyst will join the existing IT Applications team who are responsible for the support, administration and ongoing maintenance of our client’s range of Microsoft and bespoke applications.

Working closely with key stakeholders and vendors (internal / external) to identify, enhance and fix system issues, you will become the main point of contact for all CRM related queries.

The CRM Support Analyst will:


• Respond to IT inquiries concerning CRM software
• Analyse potential solutions in terms of technology requirements and capabilities
• Work closely with the development team on customisations and workflows
• Plan, test and rollout fixes to the system when required
• Work closely with vendors and partners to fix application issues
• Monitor CRM Product enhancements and make recommendations
• Train end users as required
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously


• A 3rd Level qualification
• 3+ Years’ experience in an Applications Support role
• Good MS Dynamics support experience
• SharePoint and/or Office 365 experience a plus
• Good documentation skills
• Keen interest in learning new technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
