Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the Senior Technical Support Analyst will join the technical services team who are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of our clients enterprise IT Systems.
The Senior Technical Support Analyst will have in-depth knowledge of PC Hardware & Software with good windows configuration and troubleshooting experience.
The Senior Technical Support Analyst will:
Respond to IT inquiries concerning system software and applications
Troubleshoot MS Server issues
Provide Hardware Support (Laptops, Printers etc)
Provide technical support on bespoke applications (full training provided)
Work closely with other team members on upgrades
Follow issues through to completion to ensure resolution
Retain ownership of problems through to resolution to ensure a high level of user satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
An IT Qualification
4+ Years Technical Support experience
Good MS Server Configuration and administration experience
Office 365 experience would be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
