Description: Experienced Helpdesk Analyst required for leading Dublin based client.

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a leading Dublin city centre based client. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Helpdesk Analyst will join the existing support team who are responsible for the support of a large local user base.

The Helpdesk Analyst will have strong of PC Hardware & Software knowledge with good troubleshooting experience.

The Helpdesk Analyst will:


• Respond to IT inquiries concerning system software and applications
• Record details of all incoming support requests in line with Help Desk procedures ensuring accurate information is obtained at all times
• Work with the team, resolve as many support requests as possible prior to escalation
• Provide Hardware Support (Laptops, Printers etc)
• Provide technical support on bespoke applications (full training provided)
• Follow issues through to completion to ensure resolution
• Retain ownership of problems through to resolution to ensure a high level of user satisfaction


• An IT Qualification
• 2+ Years Helpdesk / Technical Support experience
• Good MS Office support experience
• Good problem solving skills
• Microsoft Certification a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
