Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 2 Month Contract based in Kildare. Reporting to the ICT Support Manager, the Desktop Support Analyst will join the technical services team who are currently working on a large-scale Enterprise IT Systems upgrade in a virtualised environment.
You will have in-depth knowledge of PC Hardware & Software with strong windows configuration and troubleshooting experience.
The Technical Support Analyst will:
Provide extended technical support to local network / system users and troubleshoot software and hardware problems in line with support policies
Interact and collaborate with vendors regarding PC repairs and vendor related tickets
Follow issues through to completion to ensure user satisfaction
Provide technical expertise on all Windows based systems
Troubleshoot basic network issues
Provide Phone Support (i-Phone, Android etc)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
An IT Qualification
4+ Years Technical Support experience
Strong MS Office experience
Strong Hardware Support experience
Microsoft Certification a plus
Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
