Description: Enterprise People are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst (Hybrid) for a leading Dublin based client.

Our client provides financial solutions and services through their bespoke technology platform including Reinsurance, Technology and Transaction Services to local and international clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their IT career in a dynamic working environment with a forward-thinking company.
The IT Support Analyst will have the benefit of working closely with skilled team members (Cloud/Security/DevOps) on a day-to-day basis with the opportunity to develop their skills using the latest Cloud and IT Security technologies.

The IT Support Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Day-to-day support of our clients’ IT systems
• Monitor and quickly respond to incoming support requests, phone, email and deskside
• Work closely with customers and colleagues to resolve technical issues
• Support a wide range of technologies
• Clearly communicate issue resolution process the end user including next steps to be taken and timeframe for fix
• Work with other team members on new projects and upgrades

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 2+ Years Technical Support experience
• Windows 10, Windows 11 and MS Office 365 experience
• Active Directory, Citrix and/or MS Server experience
• Basic Networking experience
• Have an interest in developing knowledge in IT Security and Cloud Computing
• Financial Services experience
• MS Certification
• Stamp 4 or EU Passport is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
