Location: Dublin City Centre
Technical Support Analyst required for 1 Year Contract based in Dublin.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join the existing IT Support team who are responsible for the implementation and support of our clients Enterprise IT Systems in a financial services environment.
The Technical Support Analyst will have in-depth knowledge of PC Hardware & Software with strong Windows support, configuration and administration experience.
The Technical Support Analyst will:
Respond to IT inquiries concerning system software and applications support
Troubleshoot and document all IT related issues
Follow issues through to completion to ensure timely resolution
Provide technical expertise on all Windows based systems
Provide technical support over the email, phone and/or deskside
Work closely with other team members on planned upgrades and implementations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
3+ Years Technical Support experience in a Microsoft environment
Strong MS Applications experience
Strong Hardware support experience
Active Directory and/or Exchange experience
Cisco Telephony experience would an advantage
Microsoft Certification a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
