Service Desk Team Lead required for Dublin city centre based client.
Enterprise People are currently seeking a Service Desk Team Lead for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Service Desk Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a small service desk team, ensuring the team provides an efficient and effective IT support service for our clients systems and user community.
The Service Desk Team Lead will:
Responsible for the operation of the helpdesk ensuring the delivery of an efficient and quality service to a local user base
Responsible for coordination of help desk team members shift rotas to ensure sufficient level of cover
Manage the IT Helpdesk ticketing and knowledgebase system, utilising the system to record, assign, track, close, and analyse all IT Helpdesk requests & Incidents
Work with users to ensure that requests are completed to their satisfaction
Work closely with other team members on planned upgrades
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A 3rd Level IT Qualification or IT Certification
3+ Years Technical Support experience
1-2 Years Team lead experience
Microsoft Certification a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
