Title: PMO Manager - Reference No: EP6269
Type: Permanent - Salary/Rate: €80-€90,000 Plus Bens - Location: Dublin/Hybrid

Description: Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced PMO Manager for a leading Dublin based financial services client.

Reporting to the Head of Change Delivery, you will be responsible for the continued development of our client’s Governance and PMO areas, operating within the IS and Change functions. As the PMO Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders including Senior Management, Programme and Project Managers, key Change and IS personnel and the Finance team. You will be responsible for Change and Delivery standards, processes, and reporting, ensuring the appropriate tools and templates are in place to support successful project delivery.

This role requires experience building and operating a PMO, maturing its functions and experience that includes evolving a PMO to align with the strategic direction that will provide value to the business.

The PMO Manager will:


• Manage the day-to-day Change governance and PMO activities
• Enhance, formalise and operate the Change governance processes and activities
• Enhance and/or implement new standards, processes and controls to meet global or regional requirements and provide monitoring and reporting as required
• Provide guidance and support to the Programme/Project managers on the application of policies, standards and processes
• Provide guidance and support to the Programme/Project managers on the application of policies, standards and processes
• Provide support in the development of Business Cases and the operation of the Investment Approval process
• Manage the Change status reporting cycle, provide management summaries and analysis of content
• Manage and monitor the overall RAID and resourcing processes, providing reporting for senior management
• Oversee PMO analysts, provide guidance and support to ensure their development


• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 5+ Years’ experience in a PMO Management role
• 5+ Years’ experience of leading and managing change
• Experience establishing or operating a PMO and the implementation of change governance including new processes and tools
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, techniques and processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Management including detailed planning and analysis within a Change environment.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project Management Professional (e.g. PMP, Prince) Certification
