Description: Enterprise People are currently seeking an ERP Specialist for a leading Dublin based client.

Reporting to the ERP Program Manager, the ERP Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the support and maintenance of our client’s Business Central ERP system. This role is crucial in ensuring the system's optimal performance and reliability, providing essential support to Business Operations in a Cloud environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leader in the Medtech field, where you will gain valuable experience in the Microsoft ERP space.


The ERP Specialist will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the support team for Business Central ERP, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality support services
• Be responsible for the successful rollout and ongoing support of the Business Central ERP project, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
• Manage and resolve complex system issues impacting business operations, specifically within the Business Central environment
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrade schedules for the Business Central ERP system to ensure it is up-to-date and secure
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs
• Develop and maintain documentation for Business Central ERP system processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining Business Central or similar cloud-based ERP systems
• Sound understanding of core ERP modules, system integration, and database management within a cloud environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a cloud-based system context
• Good Team Leading ability
• Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
