Enterprise People are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a 1 Year Contract based in Dublin.

Reporting to the IT Team Lead, the Business will join the existing team who are responsible for application and integration of our client’s new Electronic Health Records System (EHR). This role will facilitate system requirements between end users, application analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure key milestones are met within the project lifecycle. The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating project meetings and developing and updating structured documentation.

The Business Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with an experienced team of Testers, Developers and Business Analysts to identify system requirements
• Carry out system analysis (via business requirements documents, functional & technical specifications
• Assist with coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for on-time completion of testing deliverables
• Ensure all deliverables and releases are according to original requirement (s) specification
• Facilitate project meetings as required
• Work closely with key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ Years Business Analysis experience
• Previous experience working on a large software implementation
• Knowledge of software test methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive documentation
• Experience working in the Healthcare space would be a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
