Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a Listowel based client.

Reporting to the IT Services Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join our client’s existing IT Delivery team who are responsible for the implementation and support of all hardware and software for a large, local user group. The Technical Support Analyst will ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date, secure and build new PC’s, Laptops etc

The Technical Support Analyst will:


• Resolve support requests prior to escalation
• Provide hardware and software support - Desktops, Laptops, Printers etc
• Ensure all Desktop and laptops PC’s are operating at the highest available level
• Update all user queries through the incident logging system
• Do follow-ups with users and business partners to confirm their needs have been met


• An IT Qualification
• 3+ Years Technical Support (PC’s, Laptops etc) experience
• Good MS Office support experience
• Good problem-solving skills
• MS Certification
• Stamp 4 or EU Passport is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
