Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst (Hybrid) for a leading Dublin based client.

Our client provides solutions and services across the four key areas of information protection, people protection, productivity, and performance. They are a Gold Microsoft Partner who work closely with best-in-breed vendors to provide a modern work & security environment.

This position will be a hybrid role alternating between the office, customer sites (when required), and work from home flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leader in their field where you will get the opportunity to work on projects using a range of enterprise level tools (MS Server, VMware etc) and technologies.

The Senior Technical Support Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Day-to-day senior support of our clients’ IT requirements
• Monitor and quickly respond to incoming support requests
• Work closely with customers and colleagues to resolve technical issues
• Support Windows, Cloud, Networking and Security issues
• Assist with Problem Management activities, supporting a drive to reduce unnecessary/avoidable contacts to the Service Desk
• Clearly communicate issue resolution process to customer or end user including next steps to be taken, time frame, and ownership of issue
• Provide advice, guidance and mentoring to Service Desk Support Staff

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Strong Technical Support experience with at least 2 years Level 3 experience
• MS Server or VMware experience
• Working knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery systems
• Scripting Languages experience
• Microsoft or IT Security Certification
• Stamp 4 or EU Passport is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
