Enterprise People are currently seeking a Project Manager for a leading Dublin based client.

Our client is a leader in the financial services space. They offer bespoke business services through financial reporting, insurance/reinsurance services, technology services and transaction services to corporate clients globally.

Working closely with the IT Delivery Director, the Project Manager will help manage internal projects on a day-to-day basis, within agreed constraints of time, cost, quality and scope.

The Project Manager will be a seasoned professional with IT consulting experience across multiple projects (regulatory, technology, strategy) and disciplines who is ready for a new challenge.

The Project Manager will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Management – A ‘hands-on’ ownership to mentoring, collaborating and advising at all levels and stages of new and existing projects
• Change Management - Understand the impacts change brings to stakeholders, leverage your experience to ensure the right communication, planning and training/engagement is in place for successful change
• Strategic Leadership - Advise in strategic transformation whether through tactical or long-term changes
• Innovative Mindset - Creative thinking with strong interest in executing key strategies to drive increasing value for the business
• Current, Digital & Emerging Technology - Comfortable understanding and engaging with technology and business teams
• Commercial Management - Create Statements of Work, Bid Management, Service Agreements and review associated legal documents from a business perspective

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Business or IT Qualification
• 5+ Years’ Project Management experience
• Strong commercial awareness (Business proposals, costing, SLAs etc)
• Strong presentation skills (business proposal/bids to company execs and internal clients)
• Ability to convey ideas, concerns, opinions and provide appropriate reporting across differing levels of management
• Agile and Waterfall project delivery experience
• Good Consulting (Big 4) experience
• Good financial services background (Insurance a plus)
• Project Management certification
• Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
