Enterprise People are currently seeking an ERP Project Manager for a leading Dublin based client.

Our client is currently undertaking an ambitious transformation program, designing and implementing Microsoft Business Central for their division (s), and are also migrating from 6 different IT networks and tenants into a single network and tenant across a number of their businesses in Ireland, UK, and Europe.

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for working with technology vendors and local resources to design and implement technology services to support, empower and accelerate the transformation program.

The ERP Project Manager will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the implementation of the division's IT strategy as directed by the Divisional Technology Lead
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the technology infrastructure, networks, and systems including requirements gathering, vendor selection, project planning, solution design, system configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing and deployment
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align technology initiatives with strategic objectives
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure IT Vendors performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage technology budgets and resources effectively and conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement
• Identify and prioritise technology projects to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and information governance standards

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level IT Qualification
• 3+ years’ experience in management roles and, overseeing IT operations and leading IT teams along with IT budgeting and financial management
• Good ERP Project Delivery experience (Dynamics a plus)
• Strong understanding of business processes and alignment with technology solutions
• Sound knowledge of infrastructure, networks and cyber security principles
• O365 project experience would be an advantage
• Track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
• Highly motivated, proactive, and determined problem solver who can drive and deliver solutions
