Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer for a 3 Month Contract based in Dublin city centre.

Working as part of a cross functional team in an Agile environment, the UI/UX Designer will play a central role in shaping our client’s evolving digital platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing area of our client’s business, adding creative and strategic value while shaping the future aesthetic of key digital products.

The UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences that meet user needs and align with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work at the forefront of user experience and visual design, creating intuitive and engaging interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and translate them into design solutions
• Understand complex problem statements, break them into clear requirements, and propose effective design options
• Apply User Analysis Methodology to gather and interpret user requirements
• Shape UX design strategy and vision for digital products
• Act as an advocate for user-centric design principles across the organisation
• Apply creative, innovative thinking to analyse design challenges and propose new approaches
• Engage confidently with technology, understanding how it supports internal and customer-facing use cases
• Ensure high-quality delivery with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
• Develop workflows, interaction/information architecture and navigational flows
• Create user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps
• Produce sketches, wireframes, prototypes (including clickable prototypes when required), and design documentation
• Build, maintain, and apply design systems to ensure consistency across components and patterns
• Ensure all mock-ups meet brand standards (visual and textual)
• Communicate effectively, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
• Solve complex problems through research, analysis, and design thinking
• Work efficiently in a high tempo environment and adapt to shifting priorities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A formal degree-level qualification is preferable
• Demonstrable UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing process and outcomes
• Exceptional graphic design skills and strong visual design sense
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible design solutions

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with JIRA
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
