Enterprise People are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 6-month contract in based Co Kildare.
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Service Desk Analyst will join our client’s existing support team who are responsible for software installation, troubleshooting and computer maintenance for a large local user base. As the first point of contact, the service desk analyst will respond to phone calls, emails and resolve both software and hardware issues.

The Service Desk Analyst will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive, manage and help to resolve online, chat and phone initiated technical issues and queries
• Update all user queries through the incident logging system
• Provide support on IT issues, and keep users informed of issues or concerns
• Troubleshoot independently and resolve certain levels of IT support issues
• Prioritise, document and actively resolve end user help requests and Incidents
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams as necessary
• Do follow-ups with users to confirm their needs have been met
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 1+ Years Service Desk Support experience
• Good MS Office support experience
• Good problem-solving skills
• MS Certification would be an advantage
• Stamp 4 or EU Passport is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
